Welcome to Daryl Lum’s Investment Blog.

A blog about stocks, finance and property related topics.

CEO of More Assets Investments and Insurance Pte Ltd, CEA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Avid Blogger

I have been in the real estate industry since 2004 and I currently run More Assets Investments and Insurance, a private equity firm and an insurance brokerage. I graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors Degree majoring in Economics. I am also a registered Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association of Singapore. I previously managed a team of financial planners with a portfolio of more than $30 million worth of assets under management.

At More Assets, we develop and manage real estate funds. Our funds are regulated and allow our investors to reap the rewards of investing in real estate from a developer’s perspective. We look to better the usual rate of return that is traditionally expected in typical forms of investments. We do this by allowing investors a platform to pool their monies together to take advantage of economies of scale.

I am currently also a CEA licensed real estate salesperson with ERA Realty Network. I have been a real estate salesperson since 2004 and in my time I have transacted hundreds of real estate deals. These deals range from your typical HDB flats in the heartlands of Singapore to large landed properties in prime districts.

I love to write and I marry my work with my passion for writing by penning my thoughts about real estate and other various forms of investments. I maintain an investment blog on my personal website www.daryllum.com.
